Should I attempt to contact my spirit guide?
I have recently become very interested in spirits and guardian angels.
I really want to attempt to contact my “spirit guide” (After alot of practice of meditating, that is!)
The only problem is, if it actually works, is that I’m afraid of demons or ‘bad’ spirits being brought forward instead, especially because, the house I’m living in definetly has a bad spirit lingering.
It opens blinds, stomps around the house, and lets in cold drafts. Even once, we found the shower curtain had stretched in a hand print.
Anyway, is this wise to try this (even if nothing might happen anyway?)
Also, does anyone have any experience in the best way to meditate for this? Any experiences?
